This policy explains what information we collect through rtacabinetscanada.ca, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have regarding your information. We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact and project details submitted through our quote request forms, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and the cabinets or design you are asking about
• Kitchen designs and cabinet lists you build in our free 3D Kitchen Planner and choose to send to us as part of a quote request
• Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter or promotional updates
• Messages you send us directly by email or phone

We also collect limited technical information automatically through analytics, described below.

We use a self hosted analytics platform (Umami) to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate the site. This analytics tool does not track you across other websites and does not sell or share data with third party advertising networks.

We use cookies and browser local storage for functional purposes, including remembering the cabinets in your quote list and any kitchen designs you save in the planner between visits. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may clear your saved list or design.

We use the information we collect to respond to your quote requests, prepare and send pricing, process and fulfil confirmed orders, arrange delivery, communicate with you about your order, send newsletter updates if you have opted in, and improve our website and product offerings based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business, including with:

• Our email service provider, to send quotes, order confirmations, and other communications
• Our website hosting and database providers, who store and process information on our behalf
• Delivery and freight carriers, to arrange shipment of confirmed orders to your address
• Our third party financing partner, only if and when you choose to apply for financing on an order

Each of these providers is only given the information necessary to perform their specific service and is expected to handle it securely.

We retain quote requests, order information, and saved planner designs for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, respond to inquiries, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and maintain records of past customers for warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time as described below, subject to any records we are required to keep by law.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete your information from our records. To make any of these requests, email us at service@rtacabinetscanada.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that deleting certain information may affect our ability to fulfil an active order or honour a warranty claim tied to that information.

Our website and services are intended for adults making purchasing decisions for their home and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
