Terms of Service

These terms of service govern your use of rtacabinetscanada.ca and any quote requests or orders placed with RTA Cabinets Canada, based in London, Ontario. By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Building a list or design in our free 3D Kitchen Planner and requesting a quote does not create an order or any obligation to purchase. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide and is not binding until you review, confirm, and pay for the order as described below. Quotes are typically provided within one business day of your request.

All prices on our website and in quotes are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to correction if a pricing or typographical error occurs. If a pricing error is discovered after a quote is issued but before an order is confirmed and paid for, we will notify you of the corrected price before proceeding. Prices do not include applicable taxes or freight shipping charges outside our free local delivery area unless stated otherwise.

Certain products described on our website, such as our upcoming 30 inch wall cabinet line, may be listed as coming soon and are not yet available for order. We will confirm current availability when you request a quote.

Once you review and accept a quote, your order is confirmed by payment, made by e-transfer or card invoice. We do not accept online card payment directly through our website. After a confirmed and paid order, in stock cabinets typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks.

Deliveries within 300 km of London, Ontario are free. Deliveries beyond that distance are quoted based on postal code and charged as freight shipping. All deliveries are curbside. You are responsible for inspecting your delivery upon arrival and must report any damage to service@rtacabinetscanada.ca within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number, so we can process a replacement.

Unopened, undamaged cabinet boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return freight costs on any return. Assembled cabinets and custom or made to order items are final sale and not eligible for return. To start a return, contact service@rtacabinetscanada.ca with your order number.

Our cabinet boxes carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Full details are set out in our Warranty and Returns page. The warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

We work hard to provide accurate information, quality products, and reliable service, but our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as costs related to renovation delays, beyond the value of the product itself. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
