Shipping, Delivery, and Free Local Delivery

Any delivery address within 300 km of London, Ontario qualifies for free delivery. This covers a wide area of Southwestern Ontario, and we will confirm whether your address falls within the free zone when you request your quote. There is no minimum order size required to qualify.

For addresses beyond the 300 km free delivery zone, we quote Canada wide freight shipping based on your postal code. Freight costs depend on distance, order size, and destination accessibility, and the exact quote is provided along with your cabinet pricing so there are no surprises before you confirm your order.

Deliveries, whether local or freight, are curbside. The carrier will bring your boxes to the delivery address at ground level, but moving boxes into the house, upstairs, or into a specific room is the responsibility of the customer or their contractor. Plan to have help available on delivery day, especially for larger kitchen orders with dozens of boxes.

As soon as your order arrives, count the boxes against your packing list and do a visual check of each box for crushed corners, punctures, or water damage before the carrier leaves if possible. Open boxes within a few days to confirm the contents match your order and that panels are not damaged.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Email service@rtacabinetscanada.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of both the damaged item and the box it arrived in, and we will arrange a replacement promptly.

In stock White Shaker cabinet orders typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks of a confirmed order. Many local deliveries within the free zone arrive sooner than that once the order is ready. Lead times can vary slightly based on order size and current volume, and we will confirm an expected timeframe when your quote is finalized.

Before your delivery arrives, clear a path from the driveway or curb to where you plan to stage the boxes, and confirm you have enough dry, flat indoor space to store a full kitchen's worth of flat packed cabinets until you are ready to assemble and install them. Arrange for extra hands on delivery day, since a full kitchen order can be dozens of individual boxes, some of them large and awkward for one person to carry alone.

If you know your delivery window will be tight for scheduling, such as needing someone home to receive the shipment, let us know when you confirm your order and we will do what we can to coordinate timing with the carrier.

For freight shipments beyond the 300 km free zone, more remote destinations, rural routes, or locations without regular freight service may take a little longer or carry a higher freight cost than a major city on a standard route. We calculate freight based on your specific postal code so the quote you receive reflects your actual delivery address rather than a generic regional estimate.

Cabinets ship flat packed in sturdy, individually labelled boxes, with each box corresponding to one cabinet in your order. Doors, panels, and hardware are protected with foam corners and edge padding to reduce the chance of transit damage. Keep your packing list handy as boxes arrive so you can match each label to your order and confirm nothing is missing before you begin unpacking and sorting for assembly.
